I reached out to the top beauty bloggers to ask them what are their recommendations for the three best hair products for Curly Hair. The feedback was outstanding, take a look below to see what they revealed.

I only use products that are cruelty free of course (no animal testing).
The UNITE products are fantastic – http://shop.unitehair.com/products/collections/style/boing-curling
The Paul Mitchell curl products are perfect for curly haired gals – https://www.paulmitchell.com/our-products/paul-mitchell/curls/
I really like DermOrganic Shine Spray Therapy to get shine without weighing my wavy hair down – http://www.dermorganic.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=14

Enjoy, sulfate free, luxury Shampoo and Conditioner – rejuvenates hair without weighing it down, and the conditioner is THE BEST de-tangler!
Super Skinny serum – tames frizz and softens curls.
Good quality wide-toothed comb/pick to help separate curls and avoid breakage

My first choice would be the Sexy Healthy Hair Soy Tri-Wheat Leave-in Conditioner, which adds an additional boost of moisture after conditioning, keeps the hair hydrated longer and helps fight frizz.
To define natural curls, I used to use and I still think it’s the best for the job if you want to avoid heat completely, Tigi Catwalk Curls Rock Amplifier.
And lastly I’d pick my trusted Orofludo Beauty Elixir which tames the hair, adds shine and is a great “easy fix” when the hair is misbehaving.

Oil-based products are great for curly hair. Not only do they add moisture and shine, but they also tame frizz and make curls smoother and more manageable. I’m a big fan of the L’Oreal Mythic Oil range and the Kerastase Elixir Ultime products.

For frizz-fighting purposes I really like John Frieda’s Frizz-Ease spray. It will put an end to your untamed Einstein look without flattening or weighing down your curls.
For optimal hold I like the Garnier Fructis Style Curl Sculpting Cream Gel and Aveda’s Be Curly Curl Enhancer. Both products can be used on towel-dry and/or dry hair and will keep your locks looking fresh and bouncy all day long.
And my final tip? Invest in a Tangle Teezer! It doesn’t damage your hair and will make brushing and detangling your curly locks SO much easier!

The best products for curly hair really depend on the type of curl and thickness of hair, but when generally choosing the best products for curly hair, here are a few I know are tried and true.
Devachan DeVa Curl Low-Poo Cleanser

Diffuser – I don’t know I lived without one for most of my life. It brings curls to life and also takes care of that issue of leaving the house with wet hair.
Deep Conditioner – Moisture, or the lack thereof, is a huge problem for women with curly, coily and wavy hair. A good deep conditioner/masque can really hydrate curls.
Microfiber Towel – I don’t go anywhere without my microfiber towel. When I get out of the shower, I put in the styling product and then squeeze out moisture with my microfiber towel. Then I apply more product. If you’re stuck without a microfiber towel, you can use a t-shirt.
Runner Up: Oil – Oils can be used for so many things – frizz reducer, second-day hair reviver, deep conditioner. Everyone has their favorite product, and some people like to buy them directly from the store. Some of my favorites include argan, coconut, jojoba and avocado.

Always start with a great shampoo: FREDERIC FEKKAI LUSCIOUS CURLS SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER
For Leave-in/styling: MOROCCANOIL INTENSE CURL CREAM – work this through wet hair for soft, sexy, well-defined curls
If you blow dry, protect the hair by attaching a great diffuser: DEVA CURL DIFFUSER

My picks would be Bobeam Shampoo Bars
Bee Mine BEE.U-Ti-ful Deep Conditioner
Natty Naturals Natty Moist & Butter
Kristin Utterback

A weekly conditioning mask like Pravana’s NEVO 60 second mask to keep curls hydrated
A great curl cream like Kevin Murphy’s Motion Lotion
A good shampoo/conditioner combo specific to your curl type like the Clear & Gentle Essential Daily Shampoo and Balancing Rinse Essential Daily Conditioner by Ouidad

Ojon Rare Blend Oil is a great way to kick off a styling routine for curly hair. Naturally curly hair tends to be on the dry side, so a leave in conditioning treatment is a must. A small amount of Ojon Rare Blend Oil is applied to damp hair prior to styling, or this product could be used as a final touch to control flyaways!

Kerastase Spray A Porter delivers flexible hold that is key for any tousled look. It controls flyaways and leaves hair looking smooth and shiny while keeping your style gently in place.

Bumble and Bumble Curl Conscious Curl Reactivating Mist helps refresh your look throughout the day, or even get a (gasp) second day out of your wavy look without rewashing! Tote it with you to the office, and when your waves start falling flat simply mist the product over your hair to give limp looking waves a boost.

I always recommend Ouidad products for curly hair. The ones I’ve been using are from the Color Sense Line and include the Shampoo, Conditioner and Color Preserve Shine Bursting Color Extender.
Another standout product is Ouidad’s Wave Create Spray; it smells divine and has a perfect fresh, beachy scent.

Moroccan oil – Love using this when I straighten my hair, makes all those fussies disappear.
Smoothing milk by Garnier – This is great when I don’t have a lot of time and plan to let my hair air dry. Makes my curls dry smooth and silky.
Aveda Brilliant Damage Control – This is a great detangler right out of the shower and smells amazing!
